We ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. All of our shipments are fully insured.
All orders receive complimentary ground shipping to US domestic locations.
At this time, Pietrafesa only accepts orders for the United States and U.S. Territories. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address.
All in-stock items are shipped Monday thru Friday, but may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.
We do ship to Military APO, as well as FPO boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
The shipping fee is non-refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the ship date.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your items for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. If returned between 31 and 45 days from date of shipment, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes. After 45 days, orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy. All refunds (less original shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account. Custom orders are ineligible for a refund.
Contact support@pietrafesa.com or call (561) 693-2340 to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your RMA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders originating in the U.S, the return, we offer free returns. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been damaged or tampered with.
Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
